A week prior to your arrival, you will receive introduction recordings for the Monroe Institute's "Going Home" program, which have been recorded by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, Charles Tart, and Robert Monroe. To maximize the effectiveness of the program, it is essential that you listen to an introduction explaining the Hemi-Sync audio technology and participate in the introductory meditation, which aims to help you attain a state of consciousness known as "the body asleep, mind awake."
Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by the program’s facilitators, Alex, and Jennifer, and introduced to your fellow participants. You will receive a brief orientation to the retreat center and be given time to settle into the environment. On the first evening, You will then have an opportunity to become better acquainted with your fellow participants. Your journey will begin the following morning after breakfast with a brief review of the schedule and an overview of the intense "Dying and Living" program. At this time, you will be ready for the program to start. Over the next five days, you will become progressively immersed in an exploration of dying, death, the afterlife, and rebirth. Specific activities will include breath control techniques to regulate life force energy, guided meditations, formal lessons, and participation in embodied rituals and ceremonies.
At the conclusion of the program, you will be granted access to a dedicated resource center featuring special recordings. This resource center will allow you to further delve into and expand upon what you have learned during your exploration thus far.
